We work with you to establish your interests so we can match you to a

career path that will fulfill your Employment Goals. Once paired with the

right employer, we will assist you to learn your job and maintain skills

necessary to remain successful in your placement.

 

RHDD staff will continue to offer Coaching and support throughout your

employment experience until you or your Team determines you are fully

independent and no longer in need of continuing support.
